Add a descriptive project page

Problem/Motivation

The project page for this module currently only includes a link to the issue that inspired its creation. It should describe what this module does, why you would need it, etc.

Proposed resolution

Make the project page descriptive, and ideally include visuals such as before and after comparisons.
