Problem/Motivation

If we can clean up the PHPCS and CSPELL errors, it can be set to not allow failures in the CI, which will make it much easier to keep the code clean moving forward.

Proposed resolution

Clean up the issues using a combination of PHPCBF and manual cleanup.
