Allow configuration of duration values in widget for core fields

Problem/Motivation

The Smart Date widget now works with core fields, but there is currently no way to configure the allowed duration values, so the defaults are always used.

Proposed resolution

When the widget is used on core fields, add the field to specify duration values. When the form element is rendered, use the values from the widget for core fields.
