This is an update that changes the way you can slice books. Old slicing should still work but now you can also slice based on the following criteria:
* Starting at any node
* Down for as many levels as you want
* Minor js to allow for expand collapse of whole sliced book block
* New slicedbook blocks will show up on every page
The sliced navigation level are no more called book_level_x in the admin>blocks section, but "book name"_level_x.
The module now need a table in the database, so it probably need a new installation of the module.
It is now possible to add a subclass to each elements of the navigation levels. While editing a book page, a sliced book menu allow to add a specific class to the menu item. So, theming navigation level will become quite easy, and each items can now be customized.
