Using drupal 7.12, but problem occurs in 7.14 as well. Normally the contextual links of Menus display 'Configure Block', 'List Links', and 'Edit Menu'. Now it only displays 'Edit skin'. The same problem occurs on all page content that skinr effects, which in my case is Blocks and Menus. Panels does not have 'Edit skin', only 'Edit panel'.

After doing some investigating, I believe the problem centers around skinr_ui.module lines 132 to 146, which apparently are involved in adding the new contextual links. However, considering how different the code is from the example on drupal.org, I cannot tell how to fix it.

Please reopen if this is still an issue. I'd need more context around the problem to be able to solve it (as it's currently not reproducible).
