I need assistant in creating regions on a skeleton theme, without breaking the responsiveness... my site is dev.consultants4continents.com and I am facing serious challenge to get my skeleton theme working the way i want it...

So I just started using this theme, and ran into the issue of the main nav menu not displaying dropdown options unless you're on the parent page. Is there a simple option to remedying this that I'm just not seeing?
