Missing update hook to drop the sitecatalyst_overrides table

Also looks like the sitecatalyst_update_7002() update hook was removed, which can cause problems for sites that actually ran that update hook, or some developer comes along and wants to create a new patch with an update hook, and doesn't realize that update hook was already "used."
