Problem/Motivation

Placing a Simple Site Settings block causes a WSOD.

Different WSODs occur when using Full or Flattened site settings loaders.

Workaround is to use a Rendered Site Settings block instead.

Steps to reproduce

Add a "Simple Site Settings" block to the Block Layout using any site setting (only tested Formatted Text, though).
