500 when trying to find my distribution

Problem / Motivation

I tried to add my distribution to Simplytest.me by going to the url https://simplytest.me/project/workflows_of_ai/1.0.0-beta1 and https://simplytest.me/project/workflows_of_ai/1.0.x-dev and https://simplytest.me/project/workflows_of_ai, but I only get a 500.

Would you have any clue why?
