Putting back to needs review.

Technically the install profile value is required and not blank. But even if it was blank, then Drush would use standard.

We could add a constraint directly to InstanceLaunchDefinition which checks if installProfile is minimal, standard, or demo_umami UNLESS the project is a distro. That would be the safeguard.
