Patches that are supplied for modules under "Add additional projects" is not working, it gives you a message "An error occurred while patching the project.".

This was working earlier, you could then add patches for any project that you will test, both the main projects and the additional projects you added under advanced options.

Hi there, thanks for bringing this up. Yes, the current version of simplytest only supports testing patches of the primary project specified. I'm inclined to delay this feature until the new version, because we're trying to only critical bug fixes into the current release (and afford more time for the new one).

However, this is already planned for the new release, as seen by the wireframe here - https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2018-03-08/simplytest-ui.png which is pinned to comment 1 on https://www.drupal.org/project/simplytest/issues/2946735
