This is an issue with simplytest.me itself, not this project.

That being said, I know that simplytest.me has recently undergone an owership change and there may even be some infra changes that have happened or are still yet to happen. See #2932684: Future of simplytest.me?.

We're working on it! Right now, only Adam and I can jump in to debug builds because the logs are private. So, adam is working on giving access to the build log so that it's super easy for folks to chip in and help as they can.

I made some changes with how Composer was loading. I tested this and it seems to be working. Bear in mind that it will not install or set the theme default.

Please let me know if you have any other issues.
