[meta] Drupal 8 port

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 8 is new and different and there are a lot of new ways/standards to build Drupal sites and modules and themes. Simplytest.me could do with being updated to better address the new standards.

Proposed resolution

We are rebuilding Simplytest.me from the ground up. Better systems backend, better front end, better UX.

Systems Issues

@patrickd is working on the new server systems. He has been working on spawn.sh as a platform for building simplytest instances and for all the scripts that build the server environment, the webserver, the drupal site, and the installation. Hopefully we will be able to rely more on composer to build project dependencies than in the past, while still supporting things like drush make and other tools as in the past.

Site backend Issues

We are planning to rebuild the new simplytest.me site on Drupal 8. This means creating entities and forms and services that allow communication with spawn.sh and tracking of logs and instances.
