using < front > in the module does not allow the language to be added successfully in the links which are inserted into the email.
The links end up like domain.com/enen/page instead of domain.com/en/page
The attached patch changes the module to use global $base_url instead of < front > which fixes the problem.

munkiepus CreditAttribution: munkiepus commentedit doesn't look like it affects 7.x version as the < front > link is't there in the _simplenews_statistics_replace_url function for the 7.x version.
