Error message whenever I install a module [#1906748]

Whenever I install or update any module to my site, I get the following error message:

Simplehtmldom module is missing and required by Theme developer.

I'm not sure if this is a Theme developer issue or Simplehtmldom issue, but it's pretty annoying. The module is installed. Any ideas where to start with this one? I'm not a PHP developer so I'd likely need some guidance in debugging the issue.

Hello,
The module Theme developer requires the simplehtmldom module in order to work properly.
I would recommend to uninstall theme developer module(that is if you had it install without it's requisite module).
and install and enable the simplehtmldom module first and then go back to install the Theme developer module.

You should also disable both module, try to upload any other module to see if you get the error and
If that doesn't work disable & uninstal both modules, and try to install any other module to see if the error still occurs.
