I love this theme.. it rocks. However, I ran into a strange problem. While attempting to customize the css, I made errors that broke the responsiveness so i decided to completely uninstall / delete the theme... then reinstall the theme from the original zip and start over...
To my surprise, even after completely removing and reinstalling the theme, my errors were still in place as they were. So I used firebug to trace the css back to a folder called "css" that had been automatically created at `/sites/default/files/css`
Even, after I completely deleted the css folder again (clearing the my cache, repeatedly along each step) and reinstalled my theme was still "broken"... specifically website looks great on desktop, but breaks on mobile devices :-(
Anyone know how I can start over with a completely "clean" simplecorp theme.
thanks,

Anatoliy Vorobyov commentedTry to make default other theme, than remove theme that you don't want, clear all website cache.
Check how website looks with new theme.
Also check folders in your directory, maybe you installed theme in few places.
Here is documentation:
https://www.drupal.org/node/2621480
If you will find not find anything than you can install theme, and make it default.
After it you can make some change, clear cache and look if it applied to website.
