Problem/Motivation

Per https://www.drupal.org/node/3201242, access checking should be explicitly added.

Several places invoke queries:
EntityHelper::getEntityInstanceIds
SimpleSitemapViews::getIndexableViews
EntityUrlGenerator::getDataSets (already handled though)

I looked, but couldn't find that other issue. This issue has one more fix then the other issue, but otherwise it is the same thing.

You are all good, that other issue is for 3.x.
