There are no instructions for this module, but I edited my page content type to include the donation form. But there are no donation forms on existing pages or on new pages. This module does not work for me. Am I missing something?

Added a README.txt. The donation form is enabled on a per content type basis, not on a per node basis. Sorry for the confusion. This is stated on the Drupal project page, but I understand if it was unclear.
