I see that it is reported here before and I do have it now: if you assign a tags-block to a node that has only one keyword, the block is not shown. Adding a second keyword makes the block appear. It however is a mystery why on node x it creates that block with the first keyword en on another node the other keyword is chosen.

TheoRichel CreditAttribution: TheoRichel commentedNode/xxx is tagged with 'Keyword 1'
In the setup for the SimilarTerm Tagsblock I have indicated that this block should appear on Node/xxx
But it does not.
When I edit Node/xxx and add another Keyword (the node is then tagged with Keyword 1 and Keyword 2) the block appears.
When I remove one of the keywords, the block disppears again (after clearing the cache).
The title of this issue is therefore incorrect and should be: SimilarTermsblock not shown on nodes with only one term

*update: I use the 2.x and experiencing unexpected behaviour, I will address this as a new issue*
