My block shows some irrelevant nodes that have no common word at all. I edited the view to also show the score of each node. But scores are all empty. How can it be?

Is the score related with:
- Search index?
- Drupal cache?

The score is generated when cron is run. Make sure that you have set up cron to run regularly for your site, or you can run cron from the status report page.
