When restricting the view to a certain number of rows with no pager but wanting to block to provice a "more" link, block doesn't appear.

Since we've put a lot of work into the views integration recently, I'll have to find out if this is still occurring with the most recent development snapshot or beta release. The current version should be significantly more stable, and I can't reproduce this.
