Make visible all views exposed filters from the beginning [#2098731]

Hi,
I would like sto ask if this is possible to make visible from the beginning ALL exposed filters of a view.E.g. if I have
Parent term
Child 1
Child 2

then in a view if I expose the taxonomy term filter to have from the beginning 2 filters,one from parent and second of a child without user having selected something.I.e. no animations etc.This is similar to this issue on HS module https://drupal.org/node/654750 It would be nice if there was a selection to disable the javascript that renders the effects.
Is this possible?if not how can I overcome this?

Is there any other method to accomplish this like a module or this will need custom code?
Is this possible,using this module,to disable the effects with some javascript?
Or even better,could a patch be created for this?
