Per-level settings for creating new terms
example:
level0 - country (allow creating new terms no - checkbox yes/no)
level1 - state (allow creating new terms no - checkbox yes/no)
level2 - city (allow creating new terms yes - checkbox yes/no)

stBorchertSorry, but this goes far beyond any admin-usability.
We are using the widget for term-structures with dozens of levels and since the number of levels itself is not fixed (especially for fields with checked "Allow creating new levels") this setting wouldn't be fixed either and is not manageable.
