Mis Configuration of Theme - Un-necessary Extra White Space on top of page and around page

Hi,

I have been using your themes on my sites and they are always awesome.

This is my first D8 Site. Enclosed please see three screen shots. Two of showcase_lite 8.1.1 and One is Gratis 7.2.x

As you can see there is too much white space on this beautiful theme,

Configuration:
I have disabled every block position and only using
Header Top First - For Site Branding
Both Sidebars for Adsense blocks
Six blocks in content with main content all placed in content
Two blocks in Footer First
Two Blocks in subfooter first
Two Blocks in Subfooter Second

Alike unnecessary black space on top, similar unnecessary space is at bottom of them, Enclosed screen shots for your reference.

Other than this, your themes like always, rock !!!
