We will need to to use a different datatype that is not the user name not part of the email to do the SSO to shibboleth. We create 2 new hook 'hook_shibboleth_drupalauth_data_options' and 'hook_shibboleth_drupalauth_validate' to be able to extend the datatype functionality.
