Remove all special pages. And replace with views hooks.

shazamgallery_page
shazamgallery_special_latest
_shazamgallery_user

plus all supporting functions can be removed.

We must also add one or two theme functions for views.

The galleries could be rendered with a special view too, since the recent improvement in image.module views integration http://drupal.org/node/67265
