Cannot select services from admin form [#2971467]

Choose your services selection appears multiple times with multiple instances of standard services selected (see attachment 1). You can fiddle with it limit the services you need (and it is quite an experience - see attachment 2), but you end up with a listing for each select box no matter how you fool with it (see attachment 3).

Drupal 8.5.3 on PHP 5.6.32. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and then installing dev (started with beta 3).

I'm facing this same issue. Has anyone found a fix or workaround?

I am also experiencing this.. tried 2.0-beta3 and the dev version. Applied patches to get rid of other errors. But I have the repeating form like screenshot 1 and can't apply any meaningful settings. Drupal 8.5.4 and PHP 7.1.

UPDATE: I fixed with the patch from issue https://www.drupal.org/project/sharethis/issues/2943559
