I am using workflow to manage nodes accessibility. Nodes are initially saved as published but workflow is set to DRAFT so they are not publicly accessible. After nodes have been reviewed and set to LIVE they are publicly accessible. Once nodes are live Share to facebook brings up cached data collected when node was saved as draft. I've found a related issue and solution that was applied to services module.

I'm having the same issue here. We are using workbench moderation and when a draft is saved, sharethis is sending a link to FB with the url of the unpublished page. This is causing Facebook to scrape the 403 access denied / login page. Ideally there should be an option to hide sharethis on unpublished nodes.
