After a successful sendgrid integration
(confirmed sending a test email through /admin/config/services/sendgrid/test and it worked as expected)

When an anonymous user ask for password reset (/user/password)
That email is being sent through the regular Drupal system instead of sending it through sendgrid.

I found the settings here /admin/config/system/mailsystem
After installing sendgrid module it is still required to update the default mail mechanism to use in the website
