Add default field formats

The learning curve of this module is unnecessary steep. My first experience (as an experienced Drupal site builder) is one of disappointment. After installing the module and looking at the "Manage display" I noticed the "Field format" selector. But the selector has only one choice. It took a few rounds of experimenting with the Field format settings before I started to understand the usefulness.

This experience can be improved by adding a (small) number of pre-defined Field formats with the module.
