The description of CSS Classes textarea reads "Apply Selectize.js to the classes above for particular select elements", but then selectize_elements is not called anywhere in de code. So it only works with "Apply to all" checked.

Yep - another issue mentions this and it will be addressed. I believe I began to implement this, and ran into issues in other areas and this never got finished.
