Important notice: This version only works with the develop branch of the select2 library. You can download the library here: https://github.com/select2/select2/archive/refs/heads/develop.zip

Reasoning: select2 4.0.13 is not jQuery4 compatible, but that's required by Drupal 11. Only the develop branch is jQuery4 compatible.
