How can I put full page RANDOM bakground image instead of color like below:

Not sure if this helps but there is a styling guide in documentation for the module via modifying the tpl.php. I am sure you could try just inserting your image file there (http://drupal.org/node/328196).

If that doesn't work, I could use the same feature you're looking for. The default, gray rounded corner login box is little utilitarian for me and my website.
