The module project page gives instructions around using the module at the top, but it's not clear to me if these instructions are required for all versions of the module, or just the dev version?

"Steps to install Secure Pages 7.x-dev" you can safely assume that it is for dev only, would be nice for someone to confirm who maybe put that information there?
