search_api_solr 7.x-1.2

This is release 1.2 of the Search API Solr Search module, containing a few bug fixes and new features compared to the 1.1 release.

As the biggest change, #2054373: Add the option to use clean field identifiers changed the way the module maps Search API field identifiers to Solr fields, since the previously used colon (:) can in few cases lead to complications with Solr. See the issue (and #2053553: Fix spatial featues with the "compatibility mode") for details.
For existing servers, you have to use the button in the server settings to update the mechanism. This shouldn't lead to any problems – however, it requires re-indexing of all indexes which contain field identifiers with colons. Therefore, if you don't experience any issues with the old mechanism and have a large index, you might want to wait with updating until re-indexing is required for other reasons.
