There seems to be an Encoding error in the schema.xml file

When I go to /solr/admin/file/?file=schema.xml

I get the following error message. "error on line 155 at column 3: Encoding error"

This is due to a "-" placed inside a comment.

"Some filters are commented out because they are not language-independent – i.e"

becomes "Some filters are commented out because they are not language-independent i.e"

Removing this character fixes the problem.

A patch is included.

This is not an issue of the config file, but some problem in the interaction of Tomcat/Jetty and your browser. If the file is correctly served as UTF-8, there is no problem.
Also I'm pretty sure the server will work either way and only viewing the file is a problem? Than it's really nothing to worry about.
