Here is the demo url http://d8.drupal-search-api.me . I have created more than 10000 nodes with lat/lon as a field. And configured with latest dev version of Search_API_Location, Search_api, and search_api_solr. I am using Solr 6.6.0.

Looks good, but I think I found a bug when reviewing this, should we create a new issue for this?

Yes, I was too talking with the owner of the Leaflet SOlR heatmap Jackreed, there is a bug in clustering that he is working on. So as soon as that issue resoves I will submit a updated patch for this module as well.

There are two problems, it is refreshing 2 times while triggering 'moveend' event. It is too a issue in Leaflet. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22529450/moveend-event-fired-many-ti...

Second one, Two times clustering, One by Solr, again by Leaflet.

Demo in project description is not working now. The server was just for one year :)

Can you share your config and code for this demo? It would be a great help as I've had little luck in getting this all working. Clearly it does based on the youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJxfUG_SIN4) but different versions of facets and search_api_location are causing conflicts and making it not work.

@welly that video was made before 1 year. I have not tested the facet_map_widget recently. Can you create issue for the problems you are facing?

I am happy to help with this issue and set up a demo site once we can get it actually working. I'll even attempt to transcribe the video. But first we need to see the modification working.
