Release notes

Updates the application to support Search API Solr 3.x.

This version supports Solr 7 and higher and is recommended for all users.

Please see the Solr Schemas section of README.md for important configuration information.

Upgrading from 8.x-2.x to 8.x-3.x

Starting on version 3.x of the module, the CSS has been updated to a new namespacing. All CSS classes are now updated to have a "fs-" prefix and all base styles are applied within the main app ID of `#fs-root`, so any previously written CSS or SCSS overrides for version 2.x will need to be updated to reflect this namespace change.

We also removed CSS classes provided by the Singularity grid system. This change makes it easier to drop the application into an existing theme or grid system.
