Does SCSS/Less Compiler work on Multiple Themes at the same time? If so how can this be configure?

The module compiles files based on the libraries.yml file where the source file is defined. If you have two themes and the first theme extends the second one, the module should compile both files into separate folders: public://theme1/styles.css and public://theme2/styles.css. The compilation process is triggered only when the library is loaded. So, if you load two libraries from different themes, both will be compiled as separate files.
If that is not the case, could you please provide an example so I can check it?
