If a Drupal 7 site uses this module, and then is migrated to Drupal 8 or 9, ideally the configuration (input filter ordering and default translation for each text format that uses the filter) would be migrated across to the Drupal 8 or 9 site.

There is now a tagged 2.0.0 release, compatible with Drupal 8 and Drupal 9. However any configuration settings are not migrated across if a Drupal 7 site is migrated to one of the new versions of core. Ideally, I'd still love to see this implemented.

Updating the issue so it's against the latest branch.
