schema_metatag 3.0.0

This release builds on Metatag v2's new APIs and allows the separator to be modified, allowing for better support for complex Schema structures.

Thank you to everyone who collaborated on this release, especially Karen Stevenson who championed the custom separator.

Notes on updating from 8.x-2.x releases

• This release requires Metatag 2, it doesn't work with Metatag 8.x-1.x.
• PHP 8.0 is required.
