scheduler 8.x-1.4

Scheduler 8.x-1.4, released 19 July 2021, is compatible with Drupal 8 and Drupal 9. It contains the following changes made since the release of Scheduler 8.x-1.3 on 6 June 2020.

Scheduler 8.x-1.4 is likely to be the penultimate release in the 8.x-1.x series. No futher enhancements or new features will be made to 8.x-1.x, but there will be a final 8.x-1.5 release to fix bugs. All new development will proceed on the 2.x branch which is compatible with Drupal 8 and 9.

#2096585: Support for non-node entities, e.g. Media, Commerce Products, Custom 3rd-party entities will be the first new feature added to 2.x
