This is an elementary release to demonstrate the functionality offered by the SASS / SCSS module. It is fully functional in terms of compiling SCSS / SASS style sheets, however it is lacking in tools to control its behavior.

Initial release ... the administration interface is complete, and simple rules are parsed and executed. Cron is not implemented. Checking for changed files is not implemented. Only a.sass => b.css style rules will be executed correctly.
