As a follow-on to the closed issue #2287823: Javascript autcomplete update for recent jQuery. I was able to remove the autocomplete code on the combo boxes in the Views UI of Sarnia Views. This reduces the dependency on Javascript in the module (at the expense of a less-enhanced user experience for the Sarnia Views developer), so the accompanying js and css directories in the module can also be removed. Consequently a theme hook to get around a problem in loading the combo box CSS in the Views UI can also be removed.
