Problem/Motivation

When saving the value for "Require assertions to be signed" (security_assertions_signed) to true, the configuration option is not respected and the value is not present in configuration exports.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable the module
  2. Go to /admin/config/people/saml
  3. Check the option for Require assertions to be signed

The form will save but the value will be unchecked and will not be present in configuration exports.

Proposed resolution

Respect the configuration value and map it to config.
