Salesforce Push Retries Not working with zero value

While using Salesforce Suite module, if Push retries for is set to zero, which means unlimited retries. The push feature stops working.

This is working for other values apart from zero, but not working for same.

Any leads please. I have tried all possible scenario but looks like this issue is with the module feature.
