How to: Visible to all but only only specific nodes/roles

Hi.

This might be a newbie question, but there is something that I cannot figure out.

I want to show a Rules link in the respect of 2 conditions:

1- the link will be visible to all authenticated users

2- the link will be added only to nodes created by authors with a specific role.

Finally: once a user has clicked the link, can the link be hidden?
