Current page URL token uses Rules link URL

I would like to use Rules Link to get a value from the URL and use that to populate a field in a new entity.

However, the [current-page:url:args:value:0] token uses the Rules link url as set in the Rules link settings.

How can I make it to use the current page url, where the link is clicked?
