Access conditions of the every rules link in a view is evaluated, instead of once.

The access conditions of the rules link is evaluated for every rules link appearing on a page.
That is also for every rules link in all rows of views where it appears.

This means that if a view contains 100 rules links, the condition will be evaluated 100 times for each page view.

Is there a more efficient way to reduce this behavior in views?
