I would like to have the following permissions on the Rules project:

Edit project - so I can update all the outdated (D5 and D6) information on the project page. Also so I can mange testing on the project.
Maintain issues - so I can assign issues to the person who needs to address it (usually fago, since he is the only one with permissions to make changes.)
Administer releases - so I can roll a new release of Rules when significant changes have been made. That way I won't have to keep answering issues that have already been solved in -dev.

Note I am not asking for commit privileges, but if @fago is no longer willing to maintain this module I will accept those privileges and try to do SOME of the maintenance myself. I do NOT want to be the principal maintainer of this module, I just want to help out.

Note I am only interested in the Drupal 8 version of Rules, I do not intend to address any Drupal 7 issues.

hi Tim, thanks a lot for your offer and all your contributions. As you and many others have noticed, I'm not able to dedicated the necessary time for finishing or even properly maintaining d8rules, so I'm very happy about your offer and I'm gladfully accept it. I think you proven the knowledge and interest in the module, so that I'm happy to grant you vcs-permissions as well, so that you can move on with fixes.

If you are unsure about certain patches, feel free to assign issues to me *and* to ping me about it, e.g. via mail - that certainly helps to put it on my table.

On the long term, I think we need a new project lead and I'm happy to work with anyone interested to guide people through the code-base and to provide my feedback on the overall architecture & concept of remaining issues (as I've put already tons of thought into most of those).
